2. What is the minimum period for pre-order booking?

You simply need to confirm your order 3 days in advance and we will provide you the cakes on the exact delivery date specified to you. However, for wedding cakes, the order has to be placed 15 days in advance.

3. Is advance to be paid for the cakes?

Yes, surely. An advance amounting to half the cost of the cakes have to be paid initially. Then, you can settle the next half of the amount on receiving the cake at delivery.

4. Is door delivery service available?

Yes, we have door delivery service. Charges are applied according to the distance of delivery.

8. What are the specifications for the cancellation of cakes?

Cancellation of cake orders are to be completed within 12 hours from booking. Only in such circumstances, customers are eligible to get the refund of 50 percent advance payment.Cancellation after 12 hours or later are not refundable.

9. How do I get customized cakes?

We allow customers to freely discuss with our cake artist, their cake ideas and suggestions using a model picture of the cake. There can be a possibility of slight variations in color and figure of the cake.
