Love You Cake Terms of Services: Pre-Order, Delivery, Cancellation, and Refund
We love your association with us and would love to serve you better. In order to ensure that you have the best experience with us, we have developed certain Terms of Services that we would like you to read and understand.
Kindly read the same before making any orders.
As we want to deliver you impeccable pieces of edible artistry, we urge you to make the pre-order at least three days from the date you want the same. This helps us work on the cake successfully without rushing through the same.
While ordering the cake, please ensure that you provide us with the following details all at once:
- Your preferred flavor for the cake
- The quantity of the cake
- The message that you need on the cake
- Any other specific details such as eggless, fondant, or non-fondant, etc.
Any request to change the flavors or other specifications may not be entertained after placing the order.
While we work hard with our delivery partner to ensure that all cakes are delivered on time as per the schedule, it is natural for the same to be delayed at least 10-15 minutes owing to the congested traffic.
All cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any request made for cancellation after the first 24 hours will not be accepted as we would already begin the pre-setting process for baking the cake.
Further, we also accept only limited orders for cakes as edible artistry takes a lot of time to complete with perfection.
Therefore, we do not accept more orders once the slots are full. Your untimely cancellation will lead to our business loss-yours and the next customers’. This is why we have set a window of 24 hours for cancellation.
A customer must pay 50% of the total order value while booking the cake.
For all cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order, we refund the advance payment in its entirety. However, no refund would be entertained for cancellations after 24 hours.

We are a client-centric baker and the happiness and satisfaction of our clients mean the most to us. Therefore, we have a few requests here:
- Kindly share all your reviews and feedback with us in all honesty. Tell us how you liked it and if the cake met your expectations. If not, what you would like us to improve.
- Tell us about our delivery process. What would you like to improve about it?
- We deliver our cakes in a see-through box that lets you see the cake even without opening it. Kindly send us a photograph when the cake is delivered to ensure that the cake is not damaged during transport. You can send the photograph, or you can request the delivery agent to do so.
